FIS approved, the WCR e-SL Rebel FIS is the slalom ski for experienced racers and FIS competitors. HEAD's EMC technology reduces vibrations for a smoother, more stable ride, the Graphene Worldcup Sandwich construction combines lightness, strength and precision, and the Rebel Camber delivers powerful acceleration out of every turn. Its infrared-waxed Race Structured High Speed UHM C base is race-ready. It comes with the HEAD Race Plate WCR 14 short.
The pack
This pack includes the pair of WCR e-SL Rebel FIS skis (previous season's model, ref. 313084) in 156 cm and the Freeflex ST 16 binding. When ordering, you can choose to have the binding mounted and adjusted by our workshop, as well as a ski tuning service.
The Freeflex ST 16 binding
The Freeflex ST 16 is the race binding for experienced competitors. Its Freeflex technology lets the heel piece move back as the ski flexes, preserving the ski's natural flex for better snow contact. Its high elasticity limits pre-releases while ensuring excellent power transmission. DIN range 5 to 16, 85 mm brake.
Technologies
- EMC: the Energy Management Circuit uses piezoelectric elements to convert vibration energy into electrical energy and dissipate it. The ski stays smoother and more stable.
- Graphene: the thinnest and lightest material known, and one of the strongest. It puts the weight exactly where it is needed.
- Worldcup Sandwich construction: the construction used on World Cup skis, for direct power transmission and precise edge grip.
- RD Racing Top Sheet: a thin top sheet reserved for RD skis that reduces weight and makes edge-to-edge transitions quicker.
- Rebel Camber: a race camber that delivers powerful acceleration and razor-sharp edge grip.
- Race Structured High Speed UHM C base: a structured race base with infrared waxing, ready for speed.
HEAD skis can only be used with certain HEAD or Tyrolia bindings, which must be mounted, adjusted and serviced by an authorised sporting goods retailer or technician; otherwise the warranty is void. The right of withdrawal does not apply to skis and bindings that have been mounted and adjusted to your specifications and cannot be dismounted without damaging the skis (for example skis already drilled for mounting).
