The WCR e-SL Rebel is the perfect slalom ski for speedy competitors. It features HEAD's innovative EMC technology, which reduces vibrations and increases stability for an overall smoother ride as well as Graphene technology for optimized weight balance distribution and perfect balance and control. In addition to its responsive positive camber for optimal reactivity and acceleration, the ski also features a wood core Worldcup Sandwich Construction with the enhanced control of high-quality aluminum alloy.
EMC: Energy Management Circuit – converts kinetic energy into electric energy to reduce unwanted vibrations for a smoother, more stable ride.
Graphene Worldcup Sandwich Construction
A specially engineered, thinner topsheet used only on our RD skis. It reduces weight and increases responsiveness for quicker edge changes and enhanced performance.
Once, rocker was the rebel—now it’s camber. Rebel Camber delivers powerful acceleration and sharp edge grip, perfect for unleashing your inner Worldcup Rebel.
EMC: The HEAD EMC (Energy Management Circuit) features ceramic piezo plates incorporated into the front and rear of the ski. Here, the kinetic energy is converted into electronic energy and in turn, the electronic energy is used to absorb negative vibrations. This means that the ski runs smoother and allows you to ski at a higher level all day long.
Graphene: GRAPHENE is the thinnest and lightest element ever discovered by mankind. GRAPHENE is also the strongest material on the planet, stronger than diamond and 300 times stronger than steel, all in the thickness of one atom.
Please note that the selected HEAD ski can only be used in combination with certain HEAD or Tyrolia bindings, which need to be mounted, adjusted and serviced by an authorized sporting goods retailer or authorized technician. Warranties will be void if the bindings are not mounted, adjusted and serviced accordingly. The right of revocation does not apply to skis and bindings which were mounted and preadjusted in accordance with your specifications and which cannot be undone without damaging the skis (e.g. skis that have already been drilled in order to mount the bindings).
